Admission Procedure
Eligibility Criteria
- Children may enroll in LKG if they are three years old by July.
- Children may enroll in UKG if they are four years old by July.
- For admission to Class I, the child must be at least five years old, with one additional year added for each subsequent grade.
Admission for Transfer Students
- Students transferring from other schools must present a Transfer Certificate (T.C.) issued by their previous institution.
Required Documents
- Original and a copy of the child’s birth certificate in Tamil and English.
- Transfer Certificate (T.C.) for students coming from other schools.
Application Process
- Parents or guardians must submit the completed application form along with the required documents.
- No entrance test is required for admission, as the school’s policy encourages equal access and opportunity for all children.
Fee Payment Policy
- Admission fees must be paid at the time of enrollment.
- Once the fees are paid, they are non-refundable.
Withdrawal Policy
- Parents wishing to withdraw their child from the school must submit a formal written request to the principal.
- Transfer Certificates will be issued upon receipt of a clearance form, confirming all dues have been settled.
- Withdrawals must be requested at least one month in advance to allow for proper documentation and processing.
